Top 10 Best-Selling New Condos in Singapore for 2024

The property market in 2024 saw strong sales across several new residential launches. These developments drew buyers in droves thanks to prime locations, thoughtful design, and sensible pricing, particularly across the Rest of Central Region (RCR) and Outside Central Region (OCR). This momentum was largely underpinned by robust upgrader demand and a buoyant HDB resale market.

Top 10 Best-Selling Private Residential Projects in Singapore (2024)

Ranked by the number of units sold, the top 10 best-selling launches of 2024 featured three standout projects launched in November alone.

Emerald of Katong

In terms of both sales volume and velocity, Emerald of Katong led the pack by a wide margin, selling an impressive 99% of its units to become 2024's top-selling project. The development moved 99% of its inventory in just two days (15–16 November), with only six of its 846 units remaining unsold as of 17 December.

The Chuan Park

Coming in second, the 916-unit The Chuan Park moved 696 units on its launch day (10 November), achieving a 76% take-up rate. As of 17 December, it stood at 79% sold. Its overwhelming popularity was driven by pent-up demand, given the lack of new private condo launches in the immediate area since The Scala in 2010.

Lentor Mansion

In third place is Lentor Mansion. The 533-unit development cleared 75% of its units during its launch weekend in March. Nine months on, its total take-up rate had climbed to 92%.

Nava Grove

Taking fourth spot is Nava Grove, featuring 552 units. The project found buyers for 65% of its homes over its mid-November launch weekend, with sales reaching 70% by 17 December.

Norwood Grand

Since its launch in October, this project has sold 291 of its 348 units, achieving an 84% take-up rate.

Hillhaven

As the first new launch of 2024, Hillhaven sold 50 units during its opening weekend in January. Momentum built steadily thereafter, with 259 units (76%) taken up as of 17 December.

Kassia

Situated along Flora Drive, Kassia has seen 180 out of its 276 units taken up as of 17 December, representing a 65% sales rate.

Lentoria

After moving 19% of its inventory during its initial launch in March, Lentoria's sales picked up steadily to reach 177 units sold (66%) by 17 December.

SORA

The development has sold 134 units, representing a 30% take-up rate.

Meyer Blue

Out of 226 total units, 131 have been sold, achieving a 58% sales rate.

The stellar performance of these projects reflects resilient underlying demand in the Singapore property market, notably in the OCR and RCR. These regions continue to attract HDB upgraders by offering relatively accessible entry prices, comprehensive infrastructure, and an appealing lifestyle. The thriving HDB resale market has also provided substantial liquidity to fund these upgrades.

Homebuyers displayed clear location preferences: projects close to MRT stations, reputable schools, and everyday amenities consistently outperformed the rest. At the higher end, prime views and premium craftsmanship remained key selling points. Looking ahead, with more new developments slated for launch, Singapore's private housing market is well poised to maintain its vitality.
