Freehold luxury condominiums featuring large units are a rare find in the city-fringe neighbourhoods of District 5, especially within the Kent Ridge area.

Joint venture partners Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments launched the 270-unit Terra Hill, aiming to elevate the neighbourhood with this exceptional development.
