New Serangoon Road Private Residential Project The Arcady at Boon Keng Now Open for Preview

The Arcady at Boon Keng, a new private residential project located along Serangoon Road, commenced its preview on Saturday (6 January), with prices starting from $2,390 psf.

Despite the wet weather over the weekend, more than 3,000 visitors thronged the showflat of The Arcady at Boon Keng during its opening preview weekend, leaving the developers thrilled by the enthusiastic response from buyers. Another new launch, Hillhaven, situated at Hillview Rise, drew around 2,000 visitors to its showflat this weekend.

The previews of these two developments represent the first two new condominium launches introduced to the market this year. As such, the strong turnout of prospective buyers sends a clear signal to the market that local home hunters are keen to kickstart this year's new home sales.

This freehold development is jointly developed by KSH Holdings, SLB Development, and Ho Lee Group.

24-Storey Tower with 172 Units; Sales Launch on 20 January

According to information provided by KSH Holdings, this single-tower condominium stands 24 storeys high and houses a total of 172 units.

Unit configurations in the new development range from one-bedroom-plus-study to four-bedroom-plus-study units, with sizes ranging from 527 sq ft to 1,625 sq ft. There are also two penthouses measuring 2,433 sq ft and 2,583 sq ft respectively.

Prices for one-bedroom-plus-study units start from $2,510 psf, while two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom-plus-study units start from $2,500 psf, $2,390 psf, and $2,560 psf respectively.

The site occupies a land area of 56,476 sq ft and was formerly the site of the private residential development Euro-Asia Apartments. It was acquired by the developers last year for $222.18 million, which translates to a land rate of $1,313 psf per plot ratio (psf ppr).

The project will officially launch for booking on 20 January, and the condominium is expected to obtain its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) by the end of 2028.

Up to 38 new private residential projects yielding approximately 11,636 units are expected to launch this year, substantially higher than the estimated 7,600 units launched last year. As many as 12 new projects could debut in the first quarter of this year alone. In addition to The Arcady at Boon Keng, upcoming launches expected in the near term include Hillhaven and Lentoria.
