[New Project | Lumina Grand] First EC launch of 2024 draws 2,000 visitors

As of the evening of 14 January, City Developments Limited's (CDL) executive condominium (EC) project, Lumina Grand, drew 2,000 visitors over its first preview weekend. Located in Bukit Batok West, the 512-unit development comprises 10 blocks of 12 to 13 storeys, sitting on a 179,000 sq ft, 99-year leasehold site.

Units range from three- to five-bedroom apartments with sizes between 936 and 1,496 sq ft. Prices start from $1.338 million ($1,429 psf) for a three-bedroom unit, $1.628 million ($1,427 psf) for a four-bedroom unit, and $2.098 million ($1,402 psf) for a five-bedroom unit.

Lumina Grand is situated at the junction of Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 and Bukit Batok Road, near three MRT stations: Bukit Gombak MRT station on the North-South Line, as well as the upcoming Tengah Plantation and Tengah Park MRT stations on the Jurong Region Line. The regional line is slated to begin operations in 2028.

Under prevailing regulations, only 30% of the units can be allocated to second-time buyers during the initial launch (the first 30 days). Eligible first-time buyers are entitled to up to $30,000 in CPF Housing Grants.

E-applications, which began on 12 January, will close on 22 January, with sales bookings commencing on 27 January.

All units are fitted with branded home fittings and smart kitchen appliances.

The development also boasts nearly 40 recreational facilities for residents, including two clubhouses, a 50-metre lap pool, a gymnasium, a reading lounge, a tennis court, and a children's play area.
