[New Launch | Watten House] 57% of units sold at an average price of $3,230 psf

Singapore-listed UOL Group and Singapore Land Group (SingLand) announced that they sold 102 out of the 180 units at Watten House on the first day of its preview on 18 November, representing nearly 60% of units sold. Located in prime District 11 and spanning a 220,241 sq ft site, the development achieved an average price of $3,230 psf.

Developer UOL shared that the units sold included three of the eight penthouses in the development. Among the 102 buyers, 96% are Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents, purchasing for both owner-occupation and investment purposes.
The strong sales momentum can be attributed to the site's rarity and potential upside, given that Watten House is nestled in a predominantly Good Class Bungalow (GCB) enclave, surrounded by reputable schools and abundant lifestyle amenities.

Another major draw for buyers is the project's exceptional design. The developers' design philosophy was to craft a stately, grand mansion inspired by East Asian vernacular architecture, featuring elegant and generously proportioned residences.
Watten House is a redevelopment of the former Watten Estate Condominium, which UOL and SingLand acquired en bloc for $550.8 million in October 2021.
