[New Launch] The Hill@One North attracts 1,500 visitors during its first week of previews

The Hill @ One-North, a private residential project located along Slim Barracks Rise in one-north, drew about 1,500 visitors over two days during its preview last weekend.

Developed by Kingsford Development, the project opened for preview on Saturday (6 April). The 99-year leasehold development comprises 142 units. The smallest two-bedroom units, ranging from 732 to 893 sq ft, are priced from $1.9 million, translating to $2,596 psf. Three- and four-bedroom units range from 947 to 1,227 sq ft and 1,227 to 1,410 sq ft, with prices starting from $2.3 million and $3 million respectively.

The project consists of one seven-storey block and two 11-storey blocks, including five commercial units.

Alongside The Hill @ One-North, The Hillshore, located along Pasir Panjang Road, also launched last weekend. Its preview drew around 700 visitors.

The freehold development comprises 59 units ranging from two- to four-bedroom configurations. Two-bedroom units start from 743 sq ft, with prices from upwards of $1.8 million, or around $2,422 psf.

District 5 more popular among foreign buyers

Both The Hill @ One-North and The Hillshore are situated in District 5. From January 2023 to March 2024, foreigners bought about 5.3% of new non-landed private residential units in District 5. Across the island over the same period, only 4.5% of new private homes were sold to foreign buyers. This indicates that District 5 is relatively more popular with foreign buyers than other regions.

One contributing factor is that these private homes are close to the one-north business park, home to numerous multinational corporations.

Bookings for both The Hill @ One-North and The Hillshore will commence on 20 April, with both projects slated to obtain their Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) by the end of 2026.
