[New Launch] Tengah EC Novo Place opens for preview, with prices starting from $1.3 million

Novo Place, an executive condominium (EC) along Bukit Batok Road, will open for public preview on Saturday, 2 November. E-applications for prospective buyers will also open during the preview weekend and close on 12 November.

The 504-unit EC is jointly developed by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments.

Novo Place is within walking distance of the upcoming Tengah Park MRT Station on the future Jurong Region Line. The station is expected to be completed in 2028.

The EC development comprises seven 18-storey residential blocks, with a unit mix ranging from three- to four-bedroom-plus-study units. The developers have yet to disclose the individual unit sizes.

Prices for typical three-bedroom units start from $1.3 million, while three-bedroom-plus-study units range from $1.35 million to $1.46 million. Four-bedroom units start from $1.58 million, and four-bedroom-plus-study units start from $1.78 million.

All units come fitted with kitchen appliances from German brand Kuche, Bravat sanitary wares, and integrated smart home technology.

Facilities at the development include four swimming pools, two clubhouse rooms, a dining room, a kids' party room, a gymnasium, a media room, a library, a work lounge, steam rooms, a tennis court, and a children's playground.

Primary schools within a 1km radius of Novo Place include Princess Elizabeth Primary School, Yuhua Primary School, and the future site of Anglo-Chinese School (Primary). Other amenities in the area include shopping and dining options at Jem, Westgate, and IMM.
