[New Launch] one-north welcomes new project as Hudson Place draws strong preview crowd
Strong preview turnout draws over 3,500 visitors over three days
Hudson Place Residences, located along Media Circle in one-north, drew over 3,500 visitors during its preview over the Labour Day long weekend from 1 to 3 May.
This performance indicates that buyer interest in new launches remains robust following strong sales across several recent projects. The development is slated to officially launch on 16 May.

Location advantage: At the core of the one-north tech and R&D hub
Hudson Place Residences is situated within one-north, an approximately 200-hectare research and technology innovation powerhouse that gathers numerous tech giants, biomedical institutions, and scientific research agencies.
As one of Singapore's premier innovation hubs, one-north has consistently attracted top talent and a burgeoning professional workforce, underpinning sustained housing demand for the surrounding residential enclave.
Project overview: A 327-unit mid-sized development
The 99-year leasehold project is jointly developed by Qingjian Realty and Forsea Holdings, in partnership with CYZ Land and Jianan Capital.
Designed by P&T Consultants, the master plan features two residential towers standing at 23 and 15 storeys.
Overlooking the heritage black-and-white colonial bungalows of Wessex Estate, the design is inspired by New York's Hudson Yards, emphasising cosmopolitan sophistication and contemporary living.
Unit mix and pricing: Predominantly two- to four-bedroom layouts
Hudson Place Residences offers two- to four-bedroom units ranging from 646 sq ft to 1,432 sq ft, as well as five penthouses spanning up to 2,196 sq ft.
Over half of the units are two-bedroom configurations, highlighting a product positioning tailored towards young families and professionals.
Indicative prices start from over $2,200 psf: two-bedroom units start from around $1.4 million, three-bedroom units from upwards of $2 million, and four-bedroom units from around $2.7 million.

Twin-project synergy with Bloomsbury Residences
Hudson Place represents the developers' second project along Media Circle. Its preceding development, Bloomsbury Residences, has sold approximately 85% of its units since launching in April 2025, recording an average transacted price of about $2,522 psf.
The two developments sit directly across from each other and will eventually be connected via a sheltered walkway to Bloomsbury Shoppes, further elevating everyday convenience and neighbourhood connectivity.
Sustained market interest and momentum
Going by the brisk preview footfall, Hudson Place Residences has successfully captured the market's attention.
Against the backdrop of stellar performances across recent launches, the development's official sales results will serve as a key barometer for RCR buyer sentiment and demand.
As the one-north precinct continues to expand, projects anchored by major employment hubs and backed by long-term planning fundamentals remain well-placed to hold their ground in the market.
