New private residential project 8@BT in the Bukit Timah precinct opened for preview over the weekend, drawing a total of 2,000 visitors to its sales gallery.

As of 4:30 pm on Sunday (8 September), developer Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited reported that approximately 2,000 visitors visited the sales gallery at 398 Telok Kurau Road over the weekend.
Visitors included young couples, families with young children, families with older children, investors, and retirees looking to purchase homes near their own residences for their children.

Located along Bukit Timah Link, 8@BT comprises two 20-storey residential blocks with a total of 158 units, with prices starting from $2,530 psf.

The larger units include 47 three-bedroom units from 1,001 to 1,270 sq ft, and 29 four-bedroom units from 1,356 to 1,593 sq ft. The two single-level penthouses range from 1,356 to 1,593 sq ft.
