New Clementi Private Residential Project ELTA Opens for Preview Soon, with Prices Starting from $2,189 psf

Clementi's newest private residential development, ELTA, is set to launch soon, with public previews officially opening on the afternoon of Friday, 7 February. Comprising 501 units, indicative prices for the project start from $2,189 psf.

The 99-year leasehold development consists of two 39-storey towers offering a diverse mix of layouts, including one-bedroom-plus-study, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and five-bedroom units, with unit sizes ranging from 506 sq ft to 1,776 sq ft. The lowest-priced one-bedroom-plus-study unit starts at $1.158 million (approx. $2,289 psf), while the premier five-bedroom units start from $3.888 million (approx. $2,189 psf).

Jointly Developed by Established Developers

ELTA is developed by HC Land (Clementi), a joint venture between MCL Land and CSC Land Group. This marks the first collaborative development between the two companies. MCL Land is a subsidiary of Hongkong Land, while CSC Land Group is the property development arm of China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co.

MCL Land noted that the developers aim to curate an enchanting living environment offering spacious, thoughtfully designed homes. The project is situated just a short drive from key commercial hubs such as Jurong Lake District and one-north, providing great convenience for working professionals.

According to the developers, select layouts within the project feature flexible spatial designs. For instance, the two-bedroom-plus-study units can be converted into a compact three-bedroom home, four-bedroom units can be configured into dual-key apartments suited for investment or multi-generation leasing, and five-bedroom units are ideally sized for multi-generational families.

The development is also designed in accordance with the Urban Redevelopment Authority's (URA) harmonised floor area guidelines, ensuring efficient and practical use of space.
