[New Launch] CDL to preview Union Square Residences, prices from $1.38m

Prominent developer City Developments Limited (CDL) will commence previews for the 366-unit Union Square Residences on Havelock Road on 1 November, with sales bookings scheduled to begin on 16 November.

The 99-year leasehold condominium forms the residential component of Union Square, a major mixed-use development that also incorporates office, retail, and food and beverage (F&B) spaces, alongside a co-living component with a hotel licence. Situated on a prime District 1 site, this redevelopment occupies the former locations of Central Mall (which comprised a seven-storey office block and a conservation shophouse cluster) and Central Square (a mixed-use residential and commercial building).

Union Square Residences comprises a 40-storey tower housing 366 apartments, with commercial units spanning the first and second levels. Residential layouts range from one-bedroom units starting from 463 sq ft; two-bedroom units from 700 sq ft; three-bedroom units from 990 sq ft; to four-bedroom premium units measuring 1,518 sq ft. Levels 38 and 39 also feature two Sky Suites of 2,476 sq ft each, alongside a sprawling 4,833 sq ft penthouse.

Prices start from $1.38 million ($2,981 psf) for a one-bedroom unit; $1.998 million ($2,854 psf) for a two-bedroom unit; $2.82 million ($2,848 psf) for a three-bedroom unit; $4.62 million ($3,043 psf) for a four-bedroom premium unit; and $9.288 million ($3,751 psf) for a Sky Suite.
