[New Launch] CDL's Norwood Grand in Woodlands draws 3,700 visitors over preview weekend

Property developer City Developments Ltd (CDL) drew 3,700 visitors to the preview of Norwood Grand in Woodlands.

The 348-unit, 99-year leasehold private condominium is located along Champions Way, near Woodlands Avenue and Woodlands Drive 17. It is a five-minute walk to Woodlands South MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. It is also just one MRT stop from the Woodlands Integrated Transport Hub in Woodlands Regional Centre, and two stops from Woodlands North MRT Station, which will connect to the upcoming Johor Bahru-Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link.

Unit types range from one-bedroom-plus-study to four-bedroom premium-plus-study, with sizes spanning from 495 sq ft to 1,335 sq ft.

Prices start from $988,000 ($1,996 psf) for a one-bedroom-plus-study; $1.238 million ($1,984 psf) for a two-bedroom; $1.698 million ($1,923 psf) for a three-bedroom deluxe; and $2.238 million ($1,908 psf) for a four-bedroom-plus-study deluxe.

Norwood Grand is scheduled to launch for sale on Saturday, 19 October. CDL noted that this is the first private condominium launched in Woodlands since 2012.
