Blossoms By The Park Draws 4,000 Visitors During Preview

According to developer EL Development, Blossoms By The Park drew 4,000 visitors to its sales gallery over the past three days following its opening on 14 April, with the majority of interested buyers being locals.

The 275-unit private condominium is located along Slim Barracks Rise in one-north, offering unit types from one- to four-bedroom premium units. The official launch is slated for 29 April.

Prices start from $1.291 million ($2,352 psf) for a one-bedroom-plus-study unit, $1.499 million ($2,211 psf) for a two-bedroom, and $1.585 million ($2,198 psf) for a two-bedroom-plus-study. Three-bedroom dual-key units start from $2.082 million ($2,276 psf), while three-bedroom units start from $2.279 million ($2,183 psf). Four-bedroom units start from $2.921 million ($2,243 psf), and four-bedroom premium units start from $3.335 million ($2,213 psf).

The average selling price is estimated to be in the range of $2,350 to $2,400 psf. Given its attributes, the development is expected to appeal primarily to investors: located in one-north, it is a three-minute walk to Buona Vista MRT interchange station, a five-minute walk to The Star Vista, within 1km of Fairfield Methodist School (Primary), and five minutes away from the Greater Southern Waterfront.

Developer EL Development and piped town gas provider City Energy are working to provide eco-friendly home solutions for units at Blossoms By The Park. The project will be Singapore's first condominium equipped with fully integrated green and smart kitchen solutions.

A total of 750 gas appliances from City Energy’s brand, Küche, will be fitted in the development's three- and four-bedroom units, as well as the four-bedroom penthouses. These appliances include smart hobs, cooker hoods, and built-in smart ovens. They offer full interoperability and can be controlled remotely via the iAppliances mobile app.

Through the app, residents can monitor gas consumption, pre-programme recipes, and respond to safety alerts, which includes a feature that enables users to remotely turn off the gas hob.

Beyond kitchen appliances, City Energy will also install three electric vehicle (EV) charging points at Blossoms By The Park through its EV charging service arm, Go by City Energy (Go). The development is among more than 25 new private condominiums equipped with Go's EV charging services.

Developers are continually looking for innovative ways to capture homebuyers' interest, and the Küche kitchen appliances and EV charging solutions powered by City Energy are an ideal fit for Blossoms By The Park.
