Artisan 8 Residential and Commercial Units See Brisk Sales as RCR Freehold Project Draws Strong Demand

Artisan 8 officially launched on 21 August to strong market response. According to developer Apex Asia Management Group, within 2.5 hours of launching sales at 5 pm that day, the project sold 11 residential units (32.4%) and 5 ground-floor commercial shops (62.5%). By 9 pm that evening, residential sales rose further to 13 units, or 38% of the total.

Prices for residential units start from S$2,100 psf, while commercial shops start from S$3,400 psf. Artisan 8 is priced very competitively, particularly for a freehold development.

Artisan 8 could be the last freehold project launched in the Rest of Central Region (RCR) in 2025. Barring future successful en bloc sales, no new freehold residential launches are anticipated in this region for 2026 and 2027.

The project enjoys an exceptional location, just a 300-metre walk from Upper Thomson MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. It is also surrounded by reputable schools, with Ai Tong School and Catholic High School (Primary) within a 1-kilometre radius.

With the scarce supply of freehold developments in the RCR, coupled with its prime location and sensible pricing, analysts widely expect Artisan 8 to sustain its solid sales momentum.
