Multiple regions across Singapore are set to undergo significant transformation in line with urban planning masterplans.

North Region

Several industrial clusters are taking shape in the North. Among them, Seletar Aerospace Park and Punggol Digital District are set to bring high-value employment opportunities. New residential launches such as Champions Way and a robust pipeline of developments in the Lentor precinct are poised to benefit from these master plans.

West Region

Property prices in developments around Jurong have already seen an upward trajectory. Most notably, J’den launched in November 2023, achieving an impressive 88% sales take-up on its launch day.

Another four new residential developments are slated for launch in 2024. Furthermore, Lumina Grand—the only Executive Condominium (EC) to be launched across the island this year—is also situated in the West.

East Region

As the Singapore government continues to revitalise commercial and industrial estates in the East, the region is likely to remain one of the most sought-after locations for homebuyers.

This year, five new projects will be rolled out in the East, offering a wider array of options for prospective buyers.

Central / South Region

With ongoing rejuvenation and the development of new surrounding amenities, the progressive rollout of the Greater Southern Waterfront is expected to support and drive new home prices.
